Eddie has been practicing Lean in global organizations for the past 20 years. He has led transformations in Honda, Philips, Aptiv and now wikiflow. He has been instrumental in developing a Lean and Agile playbook with an intense focus on cultural transformation. People are at the heart of everything Eddie has created and his passion to help organizations to achieve beyond their wildest expectations has resulted in the success wikiflow has seen thus far.

He has been adding Agile tools to his toolbox over the past years and is blessed to be mentored by Maarit Laanti, Joe Justice and Jan Larsson. Today, Eddie supports Mercedes-Benz, helping to drive the culture change and improve performance towards 10X.

Eddie's family are the engine behind his career so far. His wife Stephenie, his children Robbi, Joshua and Angel mean the world to him. Believe, Behave, Become is the formula that gives Eddie an edge that differentiates him from other consultants and coaches around the globe.

Dream – Believe – Become is not only a motto for Csaba. He lives this every day. Starting in manufacturing, Csaba has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the automotive industry, in the field of manufacturing operations, engineering, supply chain and operational excellence. Throughout his career he embraced continuous learning, dreaming of influencing the world, believing that he can impact through his experience and learnings and becoming a better version of himself every day.

Today Csaba is a proud husband and father of two beautiful children. He has added Agile to his portfolio as well as spent the last few years working in the software side of the business world. Since mid 2022 Csaba is supporting the Mercedes-Benz MB.OS organization in the Lean Agile transformation.

From her early days on the shopfloor to leading global change programs, she has built a reputation for helping organizations grow through their people. Her experience spans industries such as lighting, healthcare, and automotive, with key roles at Philips, Aptiv, and Mercedes-Benz.

Lorraine's passion lies in developing others, enabling leaders, coaches, and teams to step into their full potential. She focuses on cultural evolution and practical, people-centered transformation that creates lasting impact. Today she continues to bring clarity, empathy, and hands-on experience to Lean-Agile deployments across diverse environments.

Joe is the author of Scrum Master, published in 7 languages, and TED speaker. He lectures globally and certifies professionals in large organisations in #JoeDX which represents the business practices, culture, and operating model used within Elon Musk's companies, as interpreted by Joe, a former Tesla employee.

Joe has worked in over 20 countries, with Bill Gates, and with the leadership team at Amazon, and operated the Agile program at Tesla for Elon Musk. He founded Wikispeed that competed in the Progressive Automotive X Prize competition in 2010 and became an example of automotive design and production speed in a fun, egalitarian culture.
